Delivery at a glance

Most orders are expected to arrive within 14 calendar days of ordering. Please allow up to 17 calendar days for delivery. These estimates include order processing and shipping, so you do not need to add extra processing days.

We process orders within 24-72 hours and deliver them within 6-15 days depending on your location, with tracked shipment included for your convenience. We also offer a 30-day refund/exchange policy for all orders, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience. Shipping options, any applicable charges and delivery information are shown at checkout before payment. Priority processing, where offered, prioritizes handling and does not guarantee faster carrier delivery.

Track your order

Tracked shipping is included. Once your order ships, use the tracking details in your shipping confirmation or visit Track Your Order. A tracking number may appear before the carrier records its first scan; scan updates are not always immediate.

If your delivery needs attention

If your order has not arrived after 17 calendar days from ordering, or tracking shows an issue sooner, please contact Moosh with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the tracking, investigate with our fulfillment partner or carrier, and help resolve the problem. You can contact us at any time if you are concerned about your order.

If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check the delivery location and ask other members of your household, then contact us so we can help investigate. Please also contact us if an item is missing or damaged, and include photos where available.

Address changes and returns

Please check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us promptly. We will check whether it can still be corrected; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
